He is the owner of two clinics in San Francisco and Campbell. Alanobtained his bachelor degree of Molecular Cell Developmental Biology from UCLA in 2004 and finished his Doctor of Chiropractic training with high honor in 2011. One of his passion and lifetime goal is to bring the strong philosophical and scientific chiropractic into Taiwan medical system so to enhance Taiwan’s health care system. He joined TAJCCNC in 2014 and has been actively involved with multiple events planning since then. He really appreciated TAJCCNC provide a platform to meet like mind people and they eventually become good friends and trusted partners. As an advisor of the chapter, his goal is to provide members a resourceful environment to network, foster leadership and promote entrepreneurship. | Sue Yang Director and curriculum developer of First Movement Music Academy TAJCCNC President 2017-2018 After 20 years of teaching, Sue Yang, the founder of First Movement Music Academy -herself a musician, music educator, curriculum developer, and a parent - has established a creative and unique bilingual music program- BamBoo preschool music curriculum in mandarin that utilizes art, sensory play and eurhythmics to immerse children in the fundamental of music without resorting to the formal rigidity of the traditional music lesson. Music is a gift and she wants to bring music to families from age 0 to 100 to share that gift with the best way she knows how, through teaching. Benny Shao Owner and Doctor of Benny Shao, OD, Optometric Corp TAJCCNC President 2012-2013 and 2013-2014 Dr. Benny Shao, O.D, FCOVD is a 2001 graduate of the Southern California College of Optometry and a 1997 graduate of UC Berkeley. Dr. Shao has been a part of TAJCCNC since 2010 and is passionate about keeping the passion for this organization alive. Currently he is serving as a BOD member of the senior chapter and is the liaison between the junior and senior chapters. Dr. Shao practices developmental optometry in San Jose and Fremont, offering specialty services in vision therapy for binocular vision problems, worsening nearsightedness, concussion-related vision problems, and lazy eye. He is one of a handful of optometrists in the Bay Area who is board certified in vision therapy. His passions include holistic medicine, music, social networking, and spiritual growth. | Rita Chen TAJCCNC President 2011-2012 Raised in Taipei, Taiwan, Rita came to the US at age 18 and has been independent ever since. Jimmy Cheng graduated with MBA in finance at Golden Gate University. Being an entrepreneur, he has left the corporate ladder and started up his multiple business adventure: a Hong Kong trading company, Cosmos Bright Int‘l Limited, is doing international trading business. He also become a real estate broker to serve bay area customers finding their dream homes and manage their investment. She is currently an Unfranchise Owner with SHOP.com which specializes in social shopping with 5000+ affiliate branded stores. Sophie Lin is a partner for Pure Blendz, Inc; Partner of SPL Int'l Inc. She is the founder and first former president of TAJCCNC 2005-2006. She is president of TJCCNA 2011-2012. She coordinated a number of fashion shows and fundraisers to benefit various nonprofit organizations.
